What is the Voltage Supplied on the Ring Indicate (RI) pin of the RS232?

All of our devices are technically DTE Devices, meaning treat RI as an INPUT ONLY and are unable to output a signal in the RI pin. Therefore they are unable to supply any Voltage on the RI pin.
