Is this a relatively new Motherboard and installation? .... i.e. Did the card previously work on another PC?
Regardless, would you be able to provide me with the MOKO Number of your card?
The MOKO number is silk screened in white on the face of all our cards and will be along the lines of MOKO L71.3E.
