Cannot install PCIe cards [Windows 64-bit systems ONLY] - admin - 11-14-2011 Issue: The card cannot be installed in Windows 7-64bit and Windows 2008-64bit systems. Cause: With Windows 7 and 2008 64-bit Microsoft began requiring that only Logo tested cards can be installed in 64-bit systems. Resolution: There is currently no way to get around this issue until our cards are logo tested by Microsoft. [However it is possible to put the Windows into test mode and manually sign the driver.] Applies to: All PCIe cards in Windows 7-64bit and Windows 2008-64bit |
