This error, returned by the operating system, usually indicates a hardware incompatibility issue. In this case, the system will boot, and the card will appear to install correctly, but the ports cannot be accessed. Contact LAVA Technical Support.
We have an installation that is giving us a code 10. What should we do?
Usually this indicates a hardware incompatibility with the Motherboard, however sometimes it can also be a result of a timing issue from one slot to the next.
I would suggest trying the card in another slot to see if that remedies the issue.
