Issue:
The ISP of a franchise store is changing its network setup, is there any configuration that is needed to allow the ST (Store) Plus to contact the HQ (Headquarters) Plus?
Resolution:
Since ST Plus devices are responsible for contacting the HQ Plus, then as long as the ST Plus is able to get out onto the internet they will still be able to maintain a connection with the Headquarters unit.
